The objective of the Career Enhancement programme is to assist trainees in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to competently manage the world of work and make life-sustaining choices.
Career Enhancement training is mandatory for each trainee enrolled in TVET; however, trainees who have already successfully completed Career Enhancement and have returned to pursue a related skill may apply for an exemption.
